Full Job Description

Mid States Truss, a division of Crane Johnson Lumber, is hiring a Class A CDL Driver in Fargo, ND to deliver roof and floor trusses to residential and commercial construction sites throughout the Fargo–Moorhead area. This is a local driving position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and home daily.

Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)

Hiring Bonus:
• $1,000 after 6 months
• $1,000 after 1 year
• $1,000 after 2 years
• $1,000 after 3 years

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 40–45 hours per week
• Home daily

Responsibilities

• Deliver trusses and building components to construction sites
• Assist with loading materials in the yard
• Operate forklift when needed
• Verify orders and ensure accurate deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all safety and DOT regulations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Medical card (or ability to obtain)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift materials when needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
