Senior Designer / Drafter

Summary:
Crane Johnson Lumber is looking for an experienced Designer/Drafter that will create and revise detailed drawings, plans and blueprints for residential and commercial buildings.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing construction documents from redlines, rough sketches, existing structures, and customer meetings
• Provide guidance and support to clients, homeowners, and contractors
• Generate concept drawings, construction documents, and permit drawings
• Manage scheduling calendar
• Residential design for new construction and additions
• Project meetings - homeowner, builder, and real estate agents
• Verify existing building conditions
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional & positive attitude

Required Skills:
• 5 years drafting experience in CADD or BIM preferred
• 2 year degree or 8 years drafting experience in CADD or BIM
• Autocadd 2022 or newer experience
• Autodesk Revit 2018 or newer
• Experience in Microsoft Office products

Pay & Benefits:
• Starting Wage: $28 - $30 DOE
• Standard benefit package included:
